My Geometry You Tube Channel

The time has come for me to learn how to post videos to You Tube.  My first assignment was to move my students' Terrapin Logo city videos from my Ball State iweb account (not good for streaming video) to You Tube.  I added the metadata and uploaded the clips.  

In the instructional video on how to create Logo procedures, I added a title and credits as well as captions using Movie Maker.  This was very easy.

Check out this interactive Galton Board, one of the very cool applets in the Mathilluminated Series hosted by Annenberg.  Learning objective is to validate the Law of Large Numbers and illustrate the Central Limit Theorem.

So I am reading this article about third graders in Oregon getting an itouch to foster reading. VERY COOL.  It is all about the engagement factor.
